Easy Deal Auto Sales & Tours is a family owned and operated transportation solutions company based in Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica. They cover almost all areas of ground transportation: transfers, tours, car sales and rentals, vehicle servicing and auto parts sales.
Easy Deal had built a successful business with little to no publicity or awareness campaigns, but the owners were convinced that the time had come to move the company from a place of relative obscurity and to drive awareness around their brand. They wanted to position themselves as industry experts and leaders but didn't have a recognized brand identity.
Since Easy Deal offers a wide range of services to a very wide customer base, it was challenging to focus on any particular demographic. We decided to focus on the company's strong family heritage and make that the center of their identity. It was clear that we needed to emphasize family in their brand positioning. Having done that, the pieces literally fell into place.
After a series of brand strategy workshops and identity explorations, we finally felt that we had created an identity that truly represented the core of the company: "Treating everyone as family." Since the launch of the project, Easy Deal has not only seen an increase in traffic to their website but has also experienced greater brand alignment and a greater sense of purpose.
